Noah is a third-year graduate student in Film and Media Studies. His interests include cultural policy, globalization and Latin America. One of his ongoing topics of research is Hollywood-Washington relations and the ways in which it shapes cultural policy. He is also very much interested in Latin America's move to the left and has been looking at some of the culture of the Bolivarian Revolution, namely cinema and television. Finally, he likes paying attention to immigration, as it pertains to media and film.
