A team of undergrad and graduate students from Film and Media Studies is doing a fundraiser thisSunday, Nov 10th from 1-6pm at Hana Kitchen restaurant to raise money to purchase Unite to Light solar lights (designed at UCSB by IEE) to be sent to the community of Macha, Zambia in connection with a UCSB/CITS research project in the community. Hana Kitchen is at 6558 Pardall Rd, Goleta, CA 93117. If you eat there during that time, a percentage of the proceeds will go to the fundraiser.
